2. Premium redemptions/ vouchers/ slots are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.

5. MyTOWN Shopping Centre reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility and disqualify those who fail to comply with the T&Cs.
6. MyTOWN Shopping Centre is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in this campaign or the use of the rewards.
7. Each individual participating in the Campaign acknowledges that in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by him/her to Management: he/she is authorised to disclose such Personal Information; b) such disclosure complies with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of the Contest; c) he/she is consented to the use of such Personal Information by Management (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to Management’s external agencies or third parties); he/she have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and consent to the processing of Personal Data as described in the Management’s Privacy Policy (can be found in MyTOWNKL website) under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
8. MyTOWN Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, amend, and revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Participants shall be bound by such changes.
9. All decisions made by MyTOWN Shopping Centre are final and binding.
