1. Responsible for providing friendly service to customers, handling payments, arranging stock, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
2. Assists in product promotions and provides feedback to the supervisor regarding stock needs or operational issues.

Outlet Crew Responsibilities:
1. Serve customers in a friendly manner and assist them in selecting products.
2. Handle payments at the counter (using POS system).
3. Arrange & manage stock on shelves and ensure outlet cleanliness.
4. Assist in promoting products & samples to customers.
5. Maintain cleanliness standards & outlet layout at all times.
6. Provide feedback to the supervisor on stock needs or operational issues.
