PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Be an enthusiastic, proactive person to initiate, support and execute designated marketing duties, a team player with a pleasant personality to establish good working relationships with internal and external parties, able to work independently and resourceful in delivering the marketing objectives effectively and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
Administration & Support
- To manage and ensure information between mall with media and general public is timely, accurate and reinforces the mall’s brand identity and positioning.
- To co-create and co-ordinate in uploading the approved contents, photos and relevant information to the mall’s website, Facebook and social media application.
- To support, execute and coordinate a variety of marketing, promotion and thematic events to draw shopper traffic in the specific month(s)
- Maintain relationships with service providers, vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in marketing activities.
- Assist in the administrative and corporate records of the department.
- Support and responsible for procurement related to campaigns, activities and capex items.
REQUIREMENT FOR THE JOB
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate or 1 – 2 years of experience.
- Any related course or professional course attended.

Knowledge
- Min 1 year of working experience

- Creative, resourceful, and commercial awareness.
- Proficient with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint & other office applications.
