Multimedia Designer

Department : Marketing (1 Vacancy)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • to design art works for Marketing and other dept. which includes ATL, BTL, temporary signage’s, and anything required for the benefit of the Mall.
  • To produce video clips and images via photography
  • To be responsible for safekeeping and proper back up of all audio and visual media, artwork, etc.
  • To handle visual presentation and set-up as per approved concept, designer theme
  • To ensure setup of display and event areas are safe, clean and in working condition.
  • To assist and support Marketing for on-ground activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Multimedia, Communications, Visual Arts, Creative Multimedia, Designer, or equivalent
  • Any relevant course or certificates, specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphic Design or equivalent
  • 1 – 2 years of experience

Security on Duty

Department : Operations
(1 Vacancy)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working on shifts and available 24hrs,7days a week.
  • Responsible for all incoming security and safety matters and inquiries.
  • Manage both Auxiliary Police and Outsource Guards daily tasks.
  • Emergency Manager during a crisis.
  • Incident notification and investigation.
  • Manage the Security and Fire system at Fire Control Room.
  • Conduct Roll call to both Auxiliary Police and Outsource for all shifts.
  • Work permit and other safety and security related enforcement.
  • Sec Check enforcement.
  • To enforce house rules and regulations for effective operation
  • Responsible for the safety and security effective operations 
  • Lead crime related operations.
  • Fast response to all the emergency codes i.e. Code 1000, and etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. qualifications – Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
  • Basic Knowledge in Security, Fire Safety and OSH.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in both safety and security in the mall.

Fire Control Room Officer

Department : Operations
(1 Vacancy)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with the relevant department
  • Monitor the Fire and Security System in the Fire Control Room.
  • Attend and manage all the emergency codes i.e. Code 1000 and etc.
  • Daily reporting of fire alarm devices that are isolated, disable and trouble code
  • Coordinate with Facilities Management on Lift mantrap.
  • Coordinate with the relevant departments for assistance or during an emergency/Incident.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate in Building System and Services
  • Minimum 5 Years experiences in either mall/ fire control room building operations

Executive, Payroll

Department : Finance (1 Vacancy)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To manage the Company payroll administration
  • To ensure accurate, timely payments and compliance with all monthly and yearly statutory requirement (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax)
  • To maintain and update the employee database
  • To manage time attendance and leave system
  • To process claims and related staff benefits
  • To prepare payroll information and summary to HR and Finance Department
  • Assist other team members and perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
  • As and when required by the Management and any relevant Ad-Hoc / Admin Task

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accountancy and Finance.
  • Partial professional qualification of ACCA, CPA, CA, MIA, CIA or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity

Executive, Event & Promotions

Department : Marketing (1 Vacancy)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To attend to requests, enquiries and follow up on the usage of promotional and advertising panel space within the mall
  • Build relations with the tenants, community, vendors, and public interest groups
  • Responsive to collect rental of promotion spaces
  • Ensure documentations are as per standard operating procedures
  • Ensure event & promotions set-up is neatly and presentable followed by the demarcation plan
  • Other responsibilities as and when required by the Management and any relevant Ad-Hoc / Admin Task

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
  • Any related course or professional course attended
  • 1 – 3 years of experience

Admin Assistant

Department : Operations
(1 Vacancy)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all administrative work for Head of Operations.
  • Maintain reports, documentation and ensure proper records maintenance and filing
  • Schedule meeting and appointments for HOD and Department
  • To assist in minute taking and timely completion of minutes
  • To assist the Safety & Security team as and when necessary
  • To perform data entry work
  • To assist in preparing reports for the Department
  • To perform any ad hoc task from immediate superior as and when instructed
  • As and when required by the Management and any relevant Ad-Hoc / Admin Task
  • To actively participate and volunteer for all MyTOWN activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least SPM/STPM OR Diploma Holder
  • Relevant training or courses that related to Administrative course, ie office management, etc
  • Possess at least 1 or 2 years’ experience in administrative work.
